Both the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives as well as the Prime Minister addressed the joint meeting.

For this festive moment, the States General had invited representatives from parliamentary bodies of the Benelux countries. For Luxembourg attended Ms. Viviane Ecker, President of the Luxembourg Council of State, Mr. Marc Angel as representative of the Luxembourg Parliament as well as Ambassador Pierre-Louis Lorenz as representative of the Luxembourg government.
